Try to avoid stress, which can inhibit the release of certain hormones and worsen PMS. Meditation or relaxation exercises may help.
Is it OK to exercise?8

Why do Teen Midol® Complete and Extra Strength Menstrual Midol® Complete contain caffeine?8
These Midol® products contain 60 mg of caffeine per caplet. A 2-caplet dose contains about the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee. Caffeine is added to Midol® products to help fight fatigue and to act as a diuretic, to help reduce bloating. It is important to avoid consuming extra caffeine—for example, in coffee or soft drinks—when you are taking Teen Midol® Complete or Extra Strength Menstrual Midol® Complete.

Does Midol® contain ASA?8
No. Midol® contains acetaminophen as a pain reliever.
Can I take Midol® if I am taking birth control pills?8
Yes. There is no interaction between these medications, so it is OK to take them together.
